1. Enrol
Welcome to OOSH! We can’t wait to have you. Please click below to begin the enrolment process with our enrolment form. This form will get you to fill out all of yours and your child’s details, as well as emergency contacts and any other required info. This is where you can include your birth certificate, immunisation history and medical information.

Please download our sign in/out app to keep track of your enrolment, finances and our awesome learning activities!
3. Relevant forms
We cannot complete an enrolment without these additional forms. Please read through, sign and send back our T&C’s form to Jalen at: sc-oosh-admin@sccs.nsw.edu.au and also the Round 3 form to indicate your desired days.
