Welcome to SCOOSH! We can’t wait to have you.
Please click below to begin the enrolment process with our enrolment form. This form will get you to fill out all of yours and your child’s details, as well as emergency contacts and any other required info.
This is where you can include your required birth certificate, immunisation history and medical information.

Please read through, sign and send back our Payment T&C’s form to Jalen at: sc-oosh-admin@sccs.nsw.edu.au and also the Round 3 form to indicate your desired days.
